Clinical Focus: Throughout my career, I’ve supported young people and their caregivers across multiple levels of care, including inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings. I’ve had the privilege of working with adolescents and families as they navigate a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges. These experiences have allowed me to work with individuals facing concerns such as anxiety, trauma, attachment difficulties, depression, anger, mood disorders, and emerging personality patterns. I also enjoy supporting individuals within the LGBTQ+ community as they navigate identity exploration, relationships, and life transitions. I understand that adolescence can be a complex and often overwhelming time not only for teens, but for the families who care about them. I enjoy helping families increase safety, strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and develop a deeper understanding of one another. My approach to therapy is relational, person-centered, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when people feel respected and supported. Together, we can work to identify meaningful goals while building the tools and insight needed for lasting growth and healing. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I also incorporate strategies from Expressive Therapies and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support emotional regulation, resilience, and personal growth. In my spare time... Outside of my work as a therapist, you can usually find me with a hot cup of tea reading a good book. I love trying out a new baking recipe, spending time with my dog, or enjoying time with loved ones.
