DBT Foundations with Haley Cannon, LCSW

Meets: In Person, Weekly, Day and Time TBD Description: Join us for an immersive discussion into the core tenants of Dialectical Behavior Therapy! Specifically, we will learn and practice mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. In this course, we will work to improve our relationships with others and sense of self using DBT principles. Group limited to 8 participants - contact our office to register. |
