My goal is to help you build the tools and insight needed to create a more meaningful, fulfilling life.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds who navigate a variety of challenges. I specialize in supporting individuals dealing with OCD, trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, life transitions, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and relationship struggles.
I believe a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of effective therapy. My clients would say I bring curiosity, warmth, humor, and authenticity into my work, creating a space where you can feel safe, understood, and supported. With a background in social work, I also take into account how larger systems and life experiences uniquely shape each person’s journey.
Currently, I am trained in ERP, ACT, DBT, and I have more extensive experience helping clients manage OCD-related symptoms. Together, we can find an approach that fits your needs and goals.

In my spare time...
I have learned that rest and play are imperative to my well-being. I prioritize spending time with those who help me feel nourished, reading fiction and memoirs, enjoying art, seeing my favorite musicians, playing with my dog, being near bodies of water, thrifting, and obsessing over horror movies.
