Clinical Focus:
I specialize in working with clients who have experienced complex trauma, profound grief and loss, as well as clients dealing with challenges related to Autism, ADD, ADHD, OCD, and other neurodivergent diagnosis. I also work with clients with atypical sexual preferences (such as polygamy, CNM, etc.), and clients with religious trauma.
My clients are typically teens and young adults, though I enjoy seeing clients of all ages. As part of my work with preteens and teens, I also work with parents to coach them on how to better respond and support their teens.
Along with my Masters in Counseling, I have trainings in Complex PTSD Level 1 and 2, AutPlay Therapy, IFS Therapy, as well as ERP Therapy.
In my spare time…
You’ll find me reading a novel (fiction, high fantasy and books about Egypt, most often), painting with soft pastels, and going to baseball games. I love info-dumping about e-ink devices, coffee brewing, Egypt, Cosmere lore, and whatever my current obsession is.
