Clinical Focus Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, and it takes a lot of courage to take that first step. My goal as your therapist is to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s diverse challenges, whether it’s the weight of loss or trauma, exploring your identity, or working through anxious days.
I work with individuals 15+ who are figuring out who they are, processing difficult experiences, or trying to find hope in seasons of transition. Together, we will use approaches like CBT, ACT, and EMDR in ways that fit your unique story. I believe that therapy should be collaborative, empowering, and centered around your strengths and values.
I am especially passionate about supporting people through identity exploration, recovery from loss and healing through trauma. My hope and ultimate goal is to provide a safe, affirming space where you can feel truly understood. You do not have to go through these experiences alone. My practice is LGBTQIA+ friendly and affirming.
In my spare time... I recharge by spending time outdoors, hiking or hammocking in the trees. At home, I love being with my husband, our two dogs and our cat that actually runs the house. Crocheting, tending to houseplants, reading, and writing are also meaningful ways I stay grounded and creative.
