Clinical Focus
I’ve dedicated my life to the art of healing—not only through study and practice, but through lived transformation. I approach therapy as a collaborative journey. My role is to walk beside you as we move toward deeper healing, clarity, and resilience. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centered practice, with a strong emphasis on whole-person care.

I'm known for my compassionate presence and attuned listening. I believe meaningful change happens at the root level—through EMDR, somatic interventions, and talk therapy, I care deeply for and try to create an inviting environment to support you as you navigate life’s challenges.

Through my own growth and also some difficult life experiences, I am inspired to serve others with not only my diverse clinical expertise, but also compassion and understanding in meeting clients where they're at.

Clients often describe experiencing relief and clarity after our sessions. I strive to create a calm, steady therapeutic environment where individuals feel deeply heard and supported. My clinical approach is informed by polyvagal theory and integrates body-based awareness to support nervous system regulation and embodied healing.

I work with teens and adults navigating trauma, anxiety disorders, neurodivergence, and significant life transitions. I am committed to providing an inclusive, affirming space for LGBTQIA+ individuals and all identities.

In my spare time
As a multi-passionate person, I’m almost always immersed in learning something new—studying ancient wisdom, exploring emerging healing modalities, practicing Tai Chi, playing music, or diving into astrology. Wonder and inspiration are threads that runs through both my personal life and my clinical work.

I live with my two daughters and our two dogs and am on the brink of empty nesting—a season that feels both tender and exciting. This transitional chapter continues to deepen my appreciation for growth, change, and the evolving nature of family life.
